The internet would be better if it was made more convenient and available for people to use. As mankind progresses so does advancement in technology. Currently there is wireless internet available through cell phones for messenger purposes. Certain stores also provide wireless connections for any devices for their customers. However there is one barrier mankind still hasn't been able to break - wireless internet everywhere for everyone. What would it be like if there was a wireless network available wherever you traveled? The answer is life would be easier and more efficient. As time goes on we move closer and closer to that goal.

It is almost unbelievable that one of the largest superpowers in the world does not have universal healthcare. The US is treading behind when it comes to the field of medicine, being ranked as having the most expensive and underperformed medical system in the world. It is the only industrialized nation without universal healthcare, a system in which government funding (in most cases from taxes) pays and provides healthcare for all the residents in the country that are eligible. In a system like this there is no going wrong. A free and available system for everyone is something that all residents of the US dream of. Some people are skeptical but the alternative is far from perfect. People are covered through private organizations. In addition these organizations discriminate on who gets healthcare and what procedures they can or cannot cover. As if that wasn't already bad enough, these private institutes are unaffordable to over half the country and as a result many U.S. citizens are uninsured. Universal healthcare does not carry this bias on who and what they can cover. The two main concerns of this idea are government regulation of medicine and the costs of placing this type of system into effect. However these ideas are based on false fears instilled by the media. When it comes to facts, universal healthcare will actually cut costs by making it easier for everyone to prevent more illnesses as opposed to treating them, a more expensive a highly more likely scenario with private institutes. As for government regulation it is more loose than people believe. The government will not state what doctor to see or determine medical decisions for you. Universal healthcare lets you decide what YOU want to do and the government simply providing you the means for these actions. The only minor downside is a little bit extra on the public's taxes. Even with this downside, in a recent NY Times poll 57% of voters said they wouldn't mind paying extra taxes for this plan. Universal healthcare is foolproof and the answer every uninsured person is looking for.

The US government never should have invaded Iraq. The Iraqi war was clearly the biggest waste of money and time for the American people. The first and biggest criticism of the war was the reasoning behind the war. According to the Center of Public Integrity the Bush administration made 935 false statements about why America should have invaded Iraq. In other words, the public was fed 935 lies to support the war. In addition the alleged experienced informants for the US manipulated information only to forward their goal at removing Hussein from power. This brings to light a big question - What makes this different from the Vietnam War in which the government again fed lies to the public for support. The US suffered 4,328 soldier casualties and $845 billion deficit. The even bigger and better question that the public is asking is "Why are we still there?" After Hussein was captured the US attempted to create a new government, wasting more time and energy. It is time we withdrew altogether and let Iraq fend for itself.
